Hello, all. I want to start my blog by saying something... slightly positive.

The Maximum Ride movie is in production. I'm a big fan of the series, and I'm reading Fang right now. Bad news is, the team making the movie isn't the coolest group of people.

To start, Catherine Hardwicke is directing, and for those of you who don't know, she was the director of Twilight. No, not New Moon (y'know, the sequel with all the action?), Twilight. The first one that was shot through a blue filter. Yes, that one. Therein lies my concern. Maximum Ride is a really fun series with action and comedy and romance, and it's also family-friendly. All I know is, Max better not be some pale, twitchy girl, and Fang better not sparkle in the sun.

Second, Don Payne is the writer. For those of you who don't know, he was the writer of Fantasic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and My Super Ex-Girlfriend. Provided, I never saw the latter, and it's been a while since I've seen the first, I don't remember the FF sequel being that good. (I'm really versatile with movies, so that's actually saying something.)

Though, I do hope that because James Patterson is the executive producer, he'll at least fuss a little. Like I said, I really do love the series and would hate to see the movie go up in smoke like Twilight. Though, once they start releasing merchandise, you best believe I'm buying all of it. 

And third and finally, the movie was expected to release sometime this year. Unfortunately, when the script (Don Payne's doing) was given to Hardwicke, she rejeced it, removing the possibility of the movie comig out in 2010.  So, look forward to it coming in 2013. (haha)

So, to wrap this up, I'm actually really excited for the movie. I hope Hardwicke doesn't mess it up, because if she does, I'll probably cry. Seriously, I'll start crying right there in the theater. (sighs heavily) Anyway...

Wowzers has it been a while.
Funny thing is, last blog I posted was about Lent.
Now I'm posting about Lent again.
This year, I gave up manga. (For those of you who don't know, manga is japanese comics)
So far, (it's the third day), it hasn't been too hard. But like I say, once you can't do something, you find more and more reasons to do it. 

In addition, my father's bestie, James is in town, and they (along with Dede) are working on the addition together. I think it's cute that there's something they like to do and they do it a lot together. It's nice to know my daddy has a friend like that. It makes me happy.

Tomorrow, Kierstin and I are going to the movies, then going to the Lakusa pageant to watch the Glee Club sing. (My friend Katie's in the Glee Club, so it's mandatory:])
We're going to see Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. I've already seen it, but Kierstin is a freak about the book series, so she demanded we see it together. I love spending time with Kierstin (she's a lot of fun) so I know I'll have a good time.

Hello! It's been a while, hasn't it? Yes, yes it has.
Gah, not having Myspace really distracts me.
Good thing is, I get it back two Sundays from now! Yay! (Lint sure is hard work)

Anyway, the cool thing is, my kitten (yes, kitten) is having kittens! She's really fat right now, and we think she might have them tonight. Yay! We're sure she's pregnant, she's not just fat.
Well, the thing is, she might have them in my room because my room is where she always sleeps, so... I don't know...

Anyway, I guess I have to part, because this was just a little quick blog to remind you all (Pfft, all) that I'm still alive:)

X-mas Blog!

Guys, I'm blogging before Christmas comes, and most of you know that that's Thursday, the 25th. Yay, Christmas! I'm seriously looking forward to it this year!!! Yay!!

Recently, on the radio, I heard about atheists complaining that "they don't get to participate in Christmas". I mean, seriously. You don't "get" to celebrate it because you aren't. I mean, and really doesn't matter if you're an atheist or not. I mean, look at Japan. They celebrate Christmas, just not with the religious meaning Christians do. So, you know what? Go ahead and celebrate.

I know, that was kinda random, but I just had to say something about it. In other words, I like to complain about the stuff I don't like. A lot. It's a nice pasttime. Haha, well, I'm gonna go back to watching Lovely Complex episodes and wait for my dad to get home, and see what we'll do when that happens. Haha. Merry Chrismas, everybody!
